Charity concert by the Innsbruck University Big Band

On 6 December, the Innsbruck University Big Band held a charity concert in aid of the MOYO association. Under the direction of Martin Ohrwalder, a special evening full of jazzy sounds and rousing grooves took place at the Neuwirt inn in Wattens in collaboration with the Grammophon cultural association. Since its founding in 2004, the band has brought together students and teachers from a wide range of disciplines, united by their passion for music.

The evening was all about solidarity: voluntary donations from the admission fees will enable girls in Kenya to attend school, giving them the chance to lead a self-determined life.
