MOYO at the Botanica Festival in the Botanical Garden
For two days in glorious summer weather, the Botanical Garden of the University of Innsbruck opened its doors for the Alles-Gute Festival. A colourful summer festival called Botanica blossomed amidst the beauty of the gardens.
There was plenty on offer for young and old: for families, there were numerous hands-on stations where the world of native and exotic plants and animals could be explored. Exciting workshops invited visitors to join in and solve puzzles, and with a bit of luck you could even win a prize.
Younger visitors and those young at heart got their money’s worth later on. On two stages, bands and DJs invited visitors to sing and dance along until late into the night.
At the Botanica marketplace, various exhibitors presented handicrafts from all over the world. Our MOYO association was also represented with a stand where African handicrafts made by the girls we support were presented and sold.
